Something else new from Microsoft

Microsoft has released the Microsoft Office Business Scorecard Manager – AdventureWorks DW Workspaces Templates which as far as I can tell, BSM templates around AdventureWorks.  Now we have a way to preview/demo BSM without having to build everything by hand.

Nice.

Some new stuff from Microsoft

Microsft has released an update to BOL (Books online) as well as SQL 2005 Samples.  Don’t know what is new, but I’m very happy that Microsoft has stayed on top of these items and has continued to update them on a regular basis.

Adventure Works OLTP

In case anyone was wondering, the storefront for Adventure Works can be found at

\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Samples\Integrated Samples\Storefront

I was looking for it and had a little trouble finding any info on the web.

Thought I'd blog about it so others won't have to search.

SQL Server 2005 Samples

I just ran across the SQL 2005 samples and noticed that they had been re-released.  They are now dated 4/19/2006.

Not sure what is different – there isn't a readme that specifies.

Thought I'd let everyone know they seem to have been updated.
